Perfect attendance bonus of 1,000 + lunch allowance of 60 per working day (in addition to base salary)
1. The company uses the old system under the Labor Standards Act: instead of granting three days of annual leave after six months, it grants seven days after one year. Regardless of whether you have worked there for ten or twenty years, you only get seven days.
2. The interviewer does not respect interviewees. Although an interview had been scheduled, the interviewer had not reviewed the candidate’s résumé beforehand and only looked at it during the interview. When I handed over my portfolio, it was pushed aside immediately (extremely disrespectful to the interviewee), and the interviewer only flipped through it casually during the interview.
