Advantages cannot be left blank
(1) Low pay (this has already been mentioned in other reviews, so I won’t say much more about it)
(2) No overtime pay for working overtime on projects (the supervisor said this would not be the norm, but I’ve personally encountered it twice. Colleagues who resigned also said they had encountered it several times. So what exactly does “not the norm” mean? Is it abnormal?)
(3) Severe internal infighting (I heard from senior employees that this is part of the company culture)
(4) High employee turnover. Before resigning, it’s perfectly normal for people to vent their grievances, dump the blame, leave clients hanging, and hand over work carelessly. Basically, whoever takes over is out of luck.
(5) Want to take annual leave but can’t hand your clients off to anyone? Don’t worry—when you take annual leave, just remember to work on your clients. You can do it at home, bring your laptop with you, or even use your phone! Also, if you take too long and the client complains, it still counts against you.
(6) The supervisor...... Anyway, the supervisor is a drawback too. No need to spell it out.
Anyway, after I happily collect my year-end bonus, I’m going to resign.
