The mid-level manager was fairly friendly during the interview.
The written test lasted one hour, and the interview lasted one hour. They asked about relevant work experience throughout, but mainly because Chailease was planning to develop this industry, they asked a great deal about the industry's detailed operations and so on, for well over an hour. After I left, HR verbally told me that I would be hired, but in reality, I never received an offer. It felt like they were using the pretext of interviewing someone to inquire about industry secrets.
They also asked when I could start and about salary conditions, but in the end it all came to nothing.
