Newcomers will have a very hard time (the workload being demanding is understandable, but the main issue is the overall atmosphere and how pressuring the senior employees are).
Although you apply for a graphic design position, newcomers are required to clean the workplace, move goods, and so on. There is so much work that it is impossible to take normal breaks or eat properly. Saturday shifts are also required. For this workload, the salary is genuinely quite low.
The supervisors there cannot draw, but they constantly criticize this and that and keep a close eye on you, making work very stressful. The supervisors have no idea about the workload or content of a newcomer’s work (newcomers’ work is assigned by the senior employees there). They only intermittently ask things like, “How far have you gotten with the drawing?” “Why are you drawing so slowly?” “You’re wasting time,” and so on.
Working there feels like being a drawing laborer: you have to keep producing one drawing after another, without stopping and without taking too long. Even if you are a newcomer who has been there for less than a week, they will not be understanding; they will only criticize you...
You really need to think carefully before going there. There are many other good jobs out there. If you sincerely look, you won’t be unable to find one, and you should not endure this kind of treatment here.
