Too many drawbacks to count
Except for a few veteran-level employees,
all the others are treated like disposable chopsticks.
Once they have been used, they can be thrown away.
Before throwing you away, they will even deliberately make things blow up for you.
The sales team loves playing petty tricks,
making your life miserable and keeping you insanely busy.
Also, you had better be extremely respectful when speaking to the veterans;
make the slightest mistake and prepare to be harshly berated.
They often recruit young people fresh out of school who are unaware of what they are getting into.
The pay is extremely low, while there is an absurd amount of work.
There are far too many rules, and the working hours are often a complete mess.
The many negative reviews are justified.
The office environment is terrible.
And as long as you are inexperienced,
sweeping the floor, moving goods, organizing things, taking out the trash—
all kinds of miscellaneous tasks will be assigned to you.
Then they will complain that you work too slowly and tell you to hurry up,
finding a pile of tasks for you so that you have no choice but to work overtime.
When you see this company sending you an interview invitation, do you really not wonder why!?
Seriously, a company should not be constantly sending interview invitations indiscriminately
instead of having people apply on their own,
while the job posting remains active all the time.
Can you imagine why!?
