1. If you want to stay here for a long time, you have to understand the tricks of palace politics and act like a mute who only obeys and never speaks; you absolutely won't learn a thing.

2. Most of the higher-ups are brainless and incompetent. All they know how to do is put on a performance in front of the top boss.

3. Most interactions among colleagues are fake and insincere. Not being stabbed in the back already counts as good luck~ Even the interns are often just actors.

4. When problems arise, departments don't just push responsibility around; in all the companies I've worked for, this is practically the only one where the higher-ups in almost every department push their subordinates out to take the blame.

5. The PMs hold the most power in the company. Many long-time employees have been here for ages~ As long as even the slightest thing doesn't satisfy them, they immediately start yelling at you. The higher-ups in your department not only won't stand up for their own people, but will also think it's your fault~ There are even people who deliberately make a scene in public Skype groups. They deliberately make a minor incident sound huge and drag you in front of the boss to judge who is right (have they really watched too much palace drama? What is wrong with them?)

6. They always make the people below do inefficient and unintelligent tasks. The company is stuck in its ways and spends all day thinking employees will steal company secrets. Even the seating chart, telephone extensions, and company organizational chart are considered confidential; apart from the higher-ups, no one is allowed to have access to them.

7. There is a reason the turnover rate is so high: those who stay are either beneficiaries of the existing system or people who have latched onto the right powerful person.
