1. No parking lot; you have to park on the street.
2. HR said: Unless there are special circumstances, overtime pay will not be provided. If overtime is needed, it means there is a problem with your own efficiency. (When all is said and done, it simply means there is none.)
3. Bonuses: Start of work + May 1 + Mid-Autumn Festival.
4. Year-end bonus: At its “peak,” it was once as much as two months’ pay; each year depends on business operations, with no guaranteed year-end bonus.
5. Interview: You fill out personnel information on a computer. They ask about your previous company’s salary; in addition to your birthday, you must also provide your birth time and zodiac sign.
6. The office environment is noisy and cramped. The factory is directly behind the office, so there may be a smell of screws and oil.
