There are no annual salary increases. You definitely need to ask for a higher salary during the interview. If your performance is poor or you make a mistake that causes the company to lose money, your salary may be reduced.

The year-end bonus is 0.5–1 month’s salary. Engineers’ project workloads are always over 120%; if you do not work overtime, you will be assigned more projects. I do not recommend working yourself to the bone at this company.
