The employee turnover rate is really high. Apart from one veteran employee who has been there for four years, the other employees previously tended to resign after working for about six months to a little over a year.
In addition, everyone’s salary is approximately NT$25,000, with the highest being NT$28,000. If you rent a place outside, it is really quite difficult to get by.
As for overtime pay, it is determined by the boss, so it is not necessarily paid according to the actual amount. However, the boss sometimes assigns you a workload that simply cannot be completed during normal working hours, while overtime is not reported accurately. This kind of behavior is truly infuriating.
