The interviewer was fairly courteous, and the Japanese manager was also okay.
Perhaps because it was established not long ago, they were short-staffed and had a lot of work, so communication was very passive. When introducing the job, they merely copied and pasted the description from 104 into an email, letting the applicant know the name of the company they were applying to, the job description, the company location, and the company size. These are very basic things, aren't they?? How could they expect someone to apply without knowing these details? When I asked afterward, they ignored me. I guess they don't need my business anyway.
