Cons

1. Every time I enter the office, the atmosphere is really bad, making me want to leave as soon as possible.

2. Management lacks sufficient expertise in warehouse management. Sometimes, just to satisfy customers, they treat employees like slave labor. For example, today a sales representative's customer needed a certain product, but the sales team failed to properly control the quantity. The customer then placed an order, but there were not enough finished products. As a result, management required us to find the items in the storage area that needed to be repacked, help replace the cartons, and ship the products. This caused the warehouse staff's regular work to remain unfinished, because under normal procedures, the carton replacement work is handled separately by designated personnel when they have time.

3. The overtime hourly wage is only 112 per hour. Instead of working overtime, you could find a part-time job elsewhere that pays more than this hourly rate.

4. There is not enough space in the warehouse. When management receives external deliveries or places orders internally with the factory, they never consider whether the warehouse has sufficient space and time to handle them, which causes problems when picking goods. They use shelving, but when there is not enough space, goods are placed in the aisles between the shelves. Then, if a forklift is needed, the goods in the aisle have to be moved first, wasting time on this kind of ridiculous task.

5. When finished goods are transferred from the packaging line to the warehouse, there is no interdepartmental document-transfer process. The computer records show that the goods have already been transferred to the warehouse, but the goods are not actually there. It feels like there is no concept of management.

6. The company does not have a set of SOPs for employees to refer to. When I raised this with my supervisor, the response was, “If there were SOPs, would you actually follow them?” The problem is, how can people be trained without SOPs?

7. The organization is supposed to have four people, but the company has continually been unable to hire enough staff. As a result, one person has to do the work of two people. The company has not offered any indication of how much additional pay there will be, and after working yourself to exhaustion, you are still criticized for being inefficient.
