Pros

Newcomers can learn a lot after joining.

You can develop skills ranging from clerical and financial work, communication, planning, marketing, and management to the ability to adapt to circumstances and solve problems.

The colleagues are generally easy to get along with (because they are young).

They usually hope applicants have second-language skills and can uphold the company’s principles (especially when handling ticket refunds and exchanges).

Three years ago, there was overtime pay or compensatory leave, but it was not calculated according to the standard practices of most companies.

There are also occasional team dinners.

There are actually several senior executives, but I personally found them fairly easy to get along with (although they all have bad tempers).

Aside from the fatigue and occasionally being yelled at, lectured, or made a scapegoat,

it is also an interesting experience.

Cons

The old-timer in charge of the money is very difficult to deal with, but insists on controlling everything.

And whenever Old A and Old B disagree, you should be prepared to be caught in the middle and manipulated.

After working there for a few years, you will probably become a supervisor.

Once you become a supervisor, the boss is quite trusting and willing to delegate authority.

However,

it is

very

exhausting.

New hires generally start at less than NT$30,000 per month.

Even graduates of top national universities do.
