Being interviewed by three people at once would be one thing, but of the three, only one appeared to be somewhat older, while the other two seemed inexperienced based on the way they spoke... The main point is that the position I interviewed for was in planning, so why was I asked to take a written test focused on editing (a translation manuscript)? Also, the written test was not discussed during the interview, which made it confusing whether I was applying for a planning or editing position... I was completely baffled and stunned.
