群健科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. No need to clock in or out; a high degree of freedom

2. A boss who dreams big, but speaks with considerable depth

3. Computer subsidy provided (if you leave early, a proportional amount will be deducted; it is recommended that you buy a better computer, as it cannot be returned after resignation)

4. Most working conditions are better than those required by the Labor Standards Act

Cons

Disadvantages

The CEO and the Nutrition Department lead the company’s affairs, large and small, resulting in the following problems. The points below are merely suggestions for interviewees:

1. Disrespect for other areas of expertise (marketing and product-related expertise); only the Nutrition Department’s expertise is considered professional.

2. Employees are forced to eat as healthily as nutritionists do, overlooking the fact that psychological stress can also make people unhealthy.

3. A hostile environment for newcomers.

EX. Veteran employees form private groups and discuss what is wrong with newcomers together. If you are interviewing, you should find a way to blend in first in order to establish yourself.

EX. Newcomers are treated without respect; veteran employees humiliating new hires has become commonplace. Some veteran employees have poor emotional management and lack management skills, yet are still managers. Respond cautiously and keep evidence of everything to protect yourself.

5. The main personnel in the Nutrition Department are relatively willful and unreasonable, with somewhat limited abilities. In meetings, they frequently use rhetorical tactics to claim colleagues’ work as their own, while producing very little substantive work. If you need to meet with them, it is recommended that you proactively make your own contributions highly visible.

6. The company “does not respect original creators.” If you join the company and need to design articles or courses, it is recommended that you first sign a contract with the company specifying “joint intellectual property rights”; otherwise, the following situation may occur:

EX. Creator A’s work is taken by Supervisor B for “reference.” Contracts, sales, and course development are promoted externally under Supervisor B’s “personal” name, providing little help to the “company brand.”

After all, you originally created the work for the company, but it ultimately became someone else’s “personal” work to display and sell. As for the ethical awareness and character involved, everyone can judge for themselves.
