I interviewed for the position in Tainan. The role was Sales Assistant, with a starting salary of NT$24,000.
(The interview mentioned that sales positions start at NT$27,000 plus bonuses.)
Since it is a subsidiary of the Yieh Phui Enterprise Group, the benefits are the same as those of the parent company, and there is also an employee welfare committee.
The leave system is the same as the government's.
The interviewing supervisor actually wants to train sales assistants to become sales representatives and kept trying to persuade me of the benefits of being in sales.
Also, if you are a single, unmarried woman, the supervisor would prefer you not to get married for two to three years.
If you are in a relationship, try not to let it interfere with your work.
