Although the company is small, it has a strong sense of unity. It’s not like some of the companies I’ve worked at before, where everyone was just waiting for the end of the workday. The colleagues are generally easy to get along with, and there aren’t any difficult old-timer types. There’s a lot to learn and plenty of room for development, but you have to take the initiative to find time to learn on your own, as there aren’t many dedicated resources.
Some departments are not very well-established, so everyone has to support one another. It can be a little tiring, but you won’t be forced to work overtime.
Sometimes you may have to work in a cleanroom, which can take some getting used to.
