The office location is fairly lively.

1. Extremely disrespectful toward interviewees. They had not prepared the materials in advance, and the so-called test consisted merely of questions casually taken from the internet.

2. The scheduling was poorly arranged, leaving the interviewee waiting for nothing.

3. The manager seemed to have very low EQ. Not only did they fail to explain the questions clearly, but they also began criticizing the interviewee’s abilities without first taking the time to understand their background. Their attitude also made people feel uncomfortable.

Perhaps it was some kind of stress test? But I’m curious: is copying questions from the internet and casually finding a few brainteasers what a so-called “technology-focused company” does? The manager claimed to have many years of experience, casually mentioned a few terms everyone knows, and then asked, “Do you understand?” Without waiting for my answer, they proceeded to dismiss others. The experience felt extremely unpleasant.

People who don’t mind being attacked for no reason, those who are extremely broad-minded, those with an M trait, and those with plenty of time may consider applying for an interview.
