Cons

They say the hours are 0900–1800, but you basically never get off work on time, and you’ll even be scolded for leaving on time.

The salary seems to be advertised as quite high, but in reality, 40,000 becomes 30,000, and the 30,000 was deducted to 28,000 because of a supposedly poor work attitude... This isn’t an isolated case.

The company is made up entirely of newcomers. Even the longest-serving employee had been there for less than half a year, and had already told the boss they were resigning. The reason they interview so many people is that every day, an employee gets fed up and resigns—or simply stops showing up—so the company’s vacancies remain posted on all the major job websites.

When you first join the company, there is no so-called SOP. They just assume that since they hired you, you should already know what to do, so no one teaches you. In fact, the colleagues around you don’t know either, including the boss and vice president, who appear to be the most experienced. (They only talk a lot of nonsense; they don’t know how to do the actual work either.)

Even the partner companies are amazed by this company’s turnover rate. It is common for more than a dozen people to be replaced in a single month, and it would not be surprising if nearly a hundred people were replaced in a year.

I once heard about the most outrageous incident: a former employee revealed that an employee worked for almost a month, then resigned after feeling the job was unsuitable. The boss refused to pay them. After that employee sued him under the Labor Standards Act, they began frequently receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers on their phone... It’s outrageous.

Finally, I sincerely advise anyone interested in this company: I absolutely do not recommend it. Don’t waste your time going to an interview, because even if you do get in, the files inside are a complete mess. You’ll spend half a day looking for a single product name, let alone completing an Excel spreadsheet.
