Pros

Pretty close to home, I guess?

A retirement job

You get to interact with more people and departments,

but getting promoted, getting a raise, or transferring departments all seem to depend on luck.

You need to pass evaluations and exams before you can possibly get promoted.

(But HR told me it's difficult to pass. I was also left scratching my head.)

Cons

Department applied for: Design

It's actually pretty much what the previous commenter said: the basic salary structure is around 16,000,

plus various miscellaneous amounts, for a total of only 24,XXX (before deducting labor and health insurance).

She said there would be bonuses for the three major holidays: 8,500 for the Dragon Boat Festival, 8,500 for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and 17,000 year-end bonus.

He said, “If you average it out like this, it works out to about 28,000 a month!”

“Can you accept that?”

There probably isn't anyone who would say they couldn't accept it to their face, right? I said it was okay.

Then I listened to the department supervisor explain the job duties.

It felt like a retirement job...

The salary is just really low. In short, the fixed salary is unlikely to change much.

If you have proof of employment history,

you get an additional 500 after accumulating one year, and so on.

After passing the probationary period, you get an additional 1,000.

The bonus system seems to be the main focus there...。

The interviewers were all very nice to me and spoke politely. They also honestly told me that even if I really joined and worked enthusiastically or did extra work, it probably wouldn't be reflected in the bonuses. They told me I could learn many things unrelated to my field, but I really don't like it when people tell me what might happen in the future, so I felt it wasn't for me! The salary isn't acceptable either!
