The company painted such a beautiful picture during the interview, yet they didn’t even understand proportions or construction drawings, while still considering themselves masters. When forcing me out, they were unwilling to provide even a certificate of involuntary termination; it took several days of standing my ground firmly with them before they finally did so. You really need to be very careful if you’re considering joining this company.
