Interviewed for a domestic travel operations position.
First came a written test, followed by an interview.
The written test included a logic test (sample tests are available online) and asked you to write about the type of travel promotional copy you are good at.
During the interview, there was a self-introduction, and they asked why you wanted to apply for this job, which travel product on the company website you liked, and what you thought the website’s shortcomings were.
The probationary salary is NT$24,000, increasing to NT$26,000 afterward. It is a responsibility-based position with no overtime pay, and you must take turns working one Saturday each month.
It was only after the interview that I learned this position is responsible for train travel and requires going out for work.
