More flexible hours

The company's sales staff turnover is very high. Some positions have been posted on 104 for an entire year, and there is an incredibly severe gap in sales experience. Don't be attracted by the apparent salary structure, because it's all illusory. The workload and performance targets are pursued very aggressively, and there are many stated reasons for deducting pay. The boss believes there are plenty of salespeople and isn't afraid of them resigning—there will always be more employees to find!
