Employee turnover is high. Aside from certain openings in technical and accounting roles, turnover is very high in other departments. Unless you gain the experience you want, the things you learn here cannot be used at other companies, mainly because of the company’s unusual rules and systems. The customer service reporting platform is both troublesome and complicated. Even within the company, they are unwilling to establish consistent standards because they are afraid of spending money. Everyone I know in operations says they have to comply with the boss’s strange rules. It is truly a waste of one’s life and time. Marketing and business roles are almost all terrible jobs: they always want to make big money through low-cost agency work without striving to improve. The games are difficult to find, and it is hard to quote prices to clients.
Management refuses to improve its stubborn way of thinking. Policies change on a whim, and the people below are always the ones left exhausted.
