Pros
The atmosphere was relaxed during the interview, and the supervisor explained the company benefits very clearly.
Comprehensive and people-oriented benefits.
The salary, including bonuses, is approximately NT$30K–33K in the first year.
Normal working hours with very little overtime.
Cons
The space has an open-plan layout, so there is relatively little personal privacy.
