Basically, the colleagues are very nice.
There are far too many, including all kinds of violations of the Labor Standards Act.
This includes working until the middle of the night without receiving overtime pay.
The company’s owners and managers are all family members.
The senior manager in Taipei, Jiang L., is the owner’s younger sister.
She is also outrageous: whenever she makes a mistake, she pushes the blame onto you, then turns around and scolds you.
The company is also unprofessional in all kinds of ways, and its systems are extremely incomplete.
All they can say is: “Go ask them for a favor” (they won’t teach you; they just tell you to ask others for favors).
If you want to learn PR, don’t come here. Because the systems are incomplete, you won’t learn anything. (A former junior manager who had been there for almost a year left for another company and was harshly criticized because of their insufficient professionalism.)
By the way, if you become a junior manager in less than a year, you can tell how high the turnover is here…
If you have dreams of working in fashion, don’t come here either. Although it uses the name of a luxury PR company, its clients are no longer luxury brands. As for brands like LV, the company only helps organize newspaper clippings for them; LV’s PR work was taken back in-house by LV a long time ago. Not to mention major brands like Gucci and Dior—they are no longer clients of this company either~
