In one of the new business divisions, the work atmosphere is okay, and the new office has nice decor.
If you forget to clock in or out more than twice, money will be deducted. If you take more than one day of personal or sick leave in a month, three quarters of your bonus will be deducted. The daily working hours are 8 hours and 20 minutes. Being one minute late requires you to take personal leave, and the minimum leave request is 2 hours! This means that being one minute late results in two hours’ worth of pay being deducted.
The chairman interferes in everything, big or small, and policies change constantly, making it difficult to get things done.
