Pros

Seems like there aren't any.

Cons

A few years ago, I went to interview for a technician position. It was a group interview.

As soon as I walked into the meeting room,

a female HR host

pointed at me and said:

"Hey! A woman came to interview—how rare.

Do you know what position you're here to interview for?

Did you come to the wrong place?

I said, "I know."

Then she cupped her hand around her ear and, with an exaggerated expression, said:

"What position?" "Huh~"

After I answered, she kept pressing me aggressively:

"Do you know what this position does?"

"Have you ever worked in this field??"

balabala...

---

Did you say women couldn't interview for this position?

I submitted my résumé, and you notified me to come for an interview—is the résumé just for show?

I just don't like sitting in an office all the time. Can't I be interested in this position?

Why didn't you ask anyone else whether they had come to the wrong place?

It felt extremely uncomfortable.

After that, I even became disgusted whenever I saw Gogoro.

Also, I should mention that the job posting said something about a shuttle bus.

The employer also mentioned it during the interview that day:

Taking it to the company and arriving too late would count as being late.

Then what exactly is that shuttle bus for??

<Afterword>

As you might expect, I was rejected in the first round.

I could have let it go,

but the next day I received a call from the recruiting agency they outsourced to. They said:

"You went to the interview yesterday. HR Emily asked whether you were interested in the film-application engineer position.

If you're okay with it, call her after we hang up."

So I thought I could go there one more time to confront her.

But when I called, she said:

"Sorry, I'm a little busy right now. I'll call you back later."

And then.... nothing ever came of it.

What kind of terrible company and terrible HR is this!!
