The interviewer is very young
The company environment is quite poor
The surrounding area is full of factories
Transportation is inconvenient
There are pitifully few restaurants nearby
Anyone going there should be mentally prepared.
First, there are three documents to complete.
The first asks why you want to come to the company, your understanding of the company, and so on.
The second is a background check.
The third is a psychological test.
It takes two hours to complete everything and discuss it all.
The interviewer asks exactly the same questions as those on the background-check form, making it equivalent to not having written anything at all. It doesn't feel like an interview; it feels more like digging for gossip. It's actually quite unprofessional! However, you can tell that he is trying very hard to make a good impression!
Finally, when we discussed the salary, he secretly wrote it on a piece of paper and showed it to me! Extremely low! 24,000? Plus a 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus!
Then please hire a part-time student!
Why bother looking for someone with experience?
It's simply insulting!
