I went for an interview last month, and it was just like the discussion thread here.

The interviewer was extremely arrogant, staring at the laptop screen from beginning to end without ever looking the candidate in the eye.

After asking a long list of standard questions, they were evasive when it came to answering questions from the candidate.

While answering questions, the HR representative had a disdainful expression and did not believe the interviewer's answers.

They insisted on probing every detail, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

In the earlier discussion thread, I saw the founder personally respond and say that they would remind colleagues to pay attention.

It seems that this has not happened.

HR represents the company's public face. Judging from this, it seems that this company does not value job candidates.
