Cons
1. The unit is seriously understaffed, and routine administrative work cannot be completed. Overtime easily reaches the monthly limit of 54 hours.
2. You often have to work overtime on holidays as needed as well. (You must coordinate accounts and issue work orders, remain on call at all times, and there is also a NT$1 bill each month.)
3. You have to attend meetings of all sizes, as well as prepare endless presentations and meeting minutes.
