A test of your EQ
This is the worst work environment I have ever experienced. A bunch of outsiders who got into the company through connections try to lead the professionals. Here, as long as you have the right background, you can do whatever you want without any relevant knowledge or common sense, and without any prior communication. When true professionals try to clarify issues, these outsiders may become upset and even speak disrespectfully. Senior management also blindly protects the outsiders without distinguishing right from wrong. The outsiders even scheme against one another. The work atmosphere is very poor, and staff turnover is extremely high. Those who cannot tolerate it and leave are all people with genuine professional backgrounds.
