The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with (but many of them have left....)

The turnover rate is high. Very few people stay for more than six months, and even fewer stay for a year. Unless you are a close confidant of the boss or have been around in the workplace for more than a decade, it should be very difficult to stay...

Upper management’s decisions change from one day to the next. Even the annual performance targets can be changed over and over again, endlessly.......

The managers actually only have a superficial understanding of many things. They may think that because they have studied something or taken a few classes, they understand it well, but in reality....... And when they encounter problems, they tend to avoid them. They may say a lot to you, but there is actually no substance and they cannot solve the problem.....

All I can say is, if you are really looking for stability or personal growth, I do not recommend going there.
