Pros
It’s truly bizarre that this place is still operating.
Cons
The colleagues are either inexperienced with the real world or interns. Even the most senior colleague probably joined after graduating from an internship.
They specifically deceive students and fresh graduates. There is no overtime pay, the company has no systems in place, and the boss has no professional knowledge.
You also have to do a bunch of miscellaneous tasks there. Interns are basically there to sweep the floor, and you won’t learn anything.
