How could a lousy company like this have any pros?

They get upset when you leave work on time.

They also dump tasks they think you can do on you, and when it comes to professional work they don't understand, all they know how to do is keep pressuring you and constantly monitoring the progress.

They force you to work overtime and act as if it's perfectly normal, without paying overtime.

There is no mid-level manager to coordinate things. The boss's wife does whatever comes to mind. The boss says to do A, while the boss's wife says to do B—so whose instructions are you supposed to follow?
