No, except that the office is very spacious, has a nice view, and the receptionist was very kind. Everything unrelated to the interview was great.
I was required to complete an aptitude assessment form before the interview, and then fill out another one after arriving on site.
After I completed them, the interview did not explain the scores or meaning of either form at all.
The first interview question was to introduce myself. Before I could say three sentences, I was interrupted and asked, “Why have all your work experiences been so short?” The attitude was aggressive, and it did not seem like they genuinely wanted to understand me.
They then asked about my work samples. After I explained them, the response was, “I’ve already looked through all of these.”
Finally, they asked, “Do you have any questions for us?” After I asked about the job responsibilities and compensation, they simply recited the prepared information.
They did not ask about any important information beyond my résumé and work samples—and that information was also available on the job website. I do not understand the point of calling a job seeker all the way there without asking about any other details, then throwing them out ten minutes later. Just going through the motions?
It felt extremely disrespectful.
