The company makes grand promises about grooming new employees for management positions.
1. The overtime pay and hours do not add up. When asked, the company cannot provide an answer, and employees have to plead repeatedly before the overtime pay is finally made up.
2. The overtime hours are excessive. It is common to see colleagues working continuously for 24–36 hours.
3. An example involving an employee: the employee participated in national military call-up training, for which wages must legally be paid, but the company refused to pay.
4. When the service fee for the assignment site increased, company managers promised to give the on-site staff a raise, but afterward they acted as if nothing had ever been promised.
