Going home after work

There are too many drawbacks to list them all in a table.

In addition to violating the Labor Standards Act,

requiring working hours to exceed the limits prescribed by law,

failing to pay holiday wages or provide the legally required additional pay for working on holidays,

they also make arbitrary deductions from employees’ wages,

force you to work under a “responsibility system,” clock in early, and continue working after clocking out,

always set store performance targets that are impossible to reach so you cannot receive the bonuses you are entitled to,

and even if you do reach them, they arbitrarily raise the target the following month, making it sound nice by calling it a “challenge.”

All the benefits that should be provided are swallowed up by people from the family-owned business.

There are also many reserve managers and store managers parachuted in and promoted through connections,

as well as many cliques that play political games.

The employee trips show virtually no sincerity at all; they are basically just arranged for appearances while employees pay for almost everything themselves.

In short, do not join this company under any circumstances—you will only waste your life.
