Going home after work
There are too many drawbacks to list them all in a table.
In addition to violating the Labor Standards Act,
requiring working hours to exceed the legal limit,
failing to pay holiday wages or provide the legally required additional pay for working on days off,
they also make improper deductions from employees’ salaries.
They force you to work under a so-called responsibility-based system, clocking in early and continuing to work after clocking out.
They set store performance targets that can never be met, so you cannot receive the bonuses you are entitled to.
Even if you meet the target, they arbitrarily raise it the following month, making it sound nice by calling it a “challenge.”
All the benefits that should be provided are swallowed up by people from the family-owned business.
There are many reserve managers and store managers parachuted in and promoted through connections.
There are also many cliques playing mind games.
The employee trips show virtually no sincerity at all—they are basically just arranged for their own enjoyment while employees pay for most of it themselves.
In short, do not join this company under any circumstances and waste your life.
