Job conditions: Simply put, besides doing graphic design, this position also requires supporting product design and accepting holiday shifts for on-site customer reception. The starting salary is 26K, and you must provide your own camera. Preferably, you can drive and have a car.

Work environment: The studio for customers is large and beautiful, but the office is extremely cramped and dim, making it look crowded and uncomfortable.

Interview process: Upon arrival, you have to fill out a résumé form that includes a psychological test, and then interview with the supervisor after completing it. The supervisor who interviewed me was extremely rude, with an attitude as if someone owed him money. He did not introduce himself at all, and while holding a ballpoint pen in his right hand, he rudely flipped through my portfolio, nearly scratching it several times. When asked about overtime, he gave a vague answer. When I tried to ask for specific details, his foul expression abruptly shut down the conversation.

They asked some questions, e.g.: Can the videos be shot with a phone? Can you drive?

In short, the entire interview process was extremely unpleasant. The supervisor acted arrogantly, as though condescendingly doing others a favor, and appeared very impatient. In the end, there was nothing more for us to discuss, so the supervisor simply took away the cup of water on the table that had been given to me (I had not opened it to drink), then slammed the door and walked out. The entire process lasted less than 15 minutes, but I still felt that it was an enormous waste of time.
