I honestly can't think of anything.

1. Some colleagues like to shift responsibility to one another.

2. Despite being a large company, it has absolutely no systems or processes in place.

3. There are positions with work that needs to be done every day, yet they remain vacant for more than half a year because no one can be found. Once someone is hired, they spend the entire day working overtime to rush through the backlog, but are then accused of not doing any real work and merely practicing with the system, supposedly causing them to keep working overtime...

4. The company's way of working is very inefficient, and it is not good at integrating resources, resulting in a lot of duplicated work. This is absolutely not because the work needs to be duplicated for auditing purposes; the company genuinely operates in an old-fashioned way and is completely unable to keep up with the times.

5. Many of the long-serving colleagues are not very easy to get along with.

6. Internal infighting is severe.
