Workplace reviews and discussion: 寀呈股份有限公司

The office is fairly clean and bright, and the HR staff have decent manners—at least they poured a glass of water for the applicant.

I have over 15 years of work experience and more than 8 years of experience as a manager. I applied for the position of accounting manager, but the company offered a salary of only NT$36,000 per month. The general manager even said that everyone at the company starts at NT$33,000, with an extra NT$3,000 because it is a finance position. This is really far below the market rate; even my current subordinates earn much more than this.
