2015:
1. High starting salary
2. As long as the number of software users surpassed a certain threshold, the company would take us out for a meal—and it was at a fairly nice restaurant (at the time)
3. A cohesive atmosphere; most colleagues were between 24 and 26 years old back then
4. A relaxed work atmosphere
After looking at Tianyancha, I really can’t believe We Teng has become like this. But as far as I know, a lot of changes took place at the company later, before I left. This included the overseas Chinese boss, who originally didn’t directly manage things much, also starting to change in a series of ways.
I’m not surprised to see your reviews. I later learned that almost everyone I originally knew had left. The company’s focus now should be on services for Amazon sellers in the Chinese market, right?
