It’s okay to be slightly late for work, and colleagues generally get along well.
1. The policies make absolutely no sense. You have to work past 9 p.m. to receive compensatory leave, but taking compensatory leave does not extend the submission deadline.
2. There are far too many insiders. Their work performance is unbelievably poor; they may get the client’s requirements or materials wrong—or not provide them at all—but they cannot be fired or replaced.
3. The company does not make up workdays for holidays that fall on long weekends, but it directly deducts the time from your annual leave.
Positions that are not AE-facing roles are basically not valued at all.
