3. As long as an expense is related to a client, all kinds of transportation, gifts, and entertainment expenses can be reimbursed.
1. Long-serving employees cling to their positions and refuse to leave. They are unwilling to take responsibility or change, and only follow the existing methods or make excuses.
2. The managers of each department are capable and experienced but very traditional and domineering, while the section chiefs lack the ability or resources to accomplish what they want.
