Time: Approximately 3–4 years ago, the staff member who greeted me during the interview was very courteous and polite!

The interviewer was the company owner!

After entering the office and exchanging a few pleasantries, the interview began. I first submitted two electronic EDM files featuring the company’s massage-chair products.

The owner was very pleased and said, “This young person really knows how to conduct themselves!” He then began asking about my education and work experience, etc.......

Then came the main event! He asked whether I had any dreams. I answered honestly: I said I didn’t have any particularly grand dreams!

I just wanted to be an office worker who could work regular hours and have weekends off! After hearing this, the owner’s expression became very displeased.

He also asked whether I could accept frequent overtime. I said I could accept it as long as it wasn’t too frequent, but I hoped to avoid it as much as possible!

Then I waited to hear back, but was rejected~ I heard that the previous graphic designer didn’t want to earn a fixed salary and wanted to become a salesperson, so they resigned.

Based on this, I inferred that getting a raise would probably be difficult!
