The company is on the 15th floor with a great view.
Five-day workweek and not long working hours.
First, the boss was half an hour late.
They presented having to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays when projects suddenly come up as perfectly normal, but did not mention overtime pay.
When asked questions, they did not provide clear answers. Regarding the number of project revisions, the number of meetings, and whether overtime is routine, the answers were all essentially, “It depends, I guess.”
The discussion kept revolving around so-called sense of responsibility and passion, which felt overly idealistic.
