I was in an OP position (Japan route).

1. The Japan route was insanely busy.

The senior colleagues had no time to train me because they were also extremely busy.

Then I was thrown straight into the job before I was ready.

I was expected to start working directly even though I still didn't know how to use the system.

2. The group controller or line controller for the Japan route was extremely harsh.

When I asked a senior colleague a question,

if he thought it was stupid, he would just laugh at me.

I was only a recent graduate, too.

(I was asking something like which order would be better for handling the work.)

3. If you made a mistake or issued a ticket incorrectly, you were directly reprimanded in the work group chat.

4. Some supervisors were pretty good, but there weren't many.

5. Cliques.

6. Some of the sales staff were nice.

They would help the OP department.
