1. Colleagues get along well #It’s probably because we have a common enemy

1. The top management generally does not understand the principle that authority and responsibility are interdependent. They enjoy the benefits of authority without wanting to take responsibility; after apologizing and patting subordinates on the back when problems arise, they continue doing things their own way
2. The PM department is a complete mess. People who join are basically treated as units of labor (pre-sale / SA / PM are synonymous in many situations, just pronounced differently)
3. Human-centered management, truly very human #The people at the top do whatever they want (subordinates) do not overstep their bounds
4. So responsible that you work yourself to death (the overtime pay used to be high enough to earn double pay, but the Labor Standards Act has changed now)
