3. You don't have to make up for weekend shifts when compensatory workdays are scheduled.

1. The turnover rate is extremely high. The company has only a little over 60 employees, yet more than 20 people were arbitrarily laid off or resigned in just the first half of 2018. (Ability really isn't the key—if you know how to curry favor with the right people, or were introduced by a supervisor's friend, you can get in.)

2. After using up the old employees, they lay them off and transfer the resources to their own people.

3. The supervisors and boss must get excited whenever they see foreigners! People with no experience, former English teachers, or anyone who can use English to plagiarize other people's articles can all come here to be marketing managers. (As the old saying goes, you just have to curry favor with the right person.)

4. Those lackeys underneath who have attached themselves to the right people treat minor authority as a license to boss others around and act self-important; the workplace is full of intrigue and infighting.

5. HR is very good at fishing for information while pretending to be innocent. Be careful.
