2. The starting salary is very low, and supervisors are not very willing to help with salary increases. The company’s performance has improved and the workload has increased, but when I asked for a raise, I was told that the company provides performance bonuses every month, although the amounts are not substantial.

3. The office is extremely quiet and feels very lifeless.

4. People favored by the supervisor can handle a lighter workload, get promoted more quickly, and also like to push work onto others.

5. On closing days, everyone has to work overtime to make entries, but no one dares apply for overtime pay, so compensatory leave is not available either.
